They probably figured someone else would catch it along the way & verify that the person was an actual employee, not someone looking to exploit the site.
Perhaps the first tip you were doing something wrong is the banner that said
"Welcome to the Apple Employee Sprint Store"
"Introducing a special discount store for Apple Employees"
I am not sorry if I limited you to posting your links in emails & PM's. That is where they belong, not on the forums. This site is about devices, not exploiting websites to get a better price.
I love this site just as much as everyone else. I want it to remain steadfast to it's purpose, insuring everyone has the best mobile experience possible.

I think your rep number (420 at time I post this) explains a lot
I think the mods here would frown on posting pirated , hacked software, etc. But seriously doubt they care about the Carrier's own inabilities to moderate their own webpages . I bet you have never used a cooked rom from here either huh? I wonder if Vegas would give me my money back because I didn't understand table rules but sat and played anyway...hmm also, the citigroup site didnt say welcome citigroup employeees ( correction: guess I was mistaken on that one,,,oooops..)..whew,,,,i guess that makes anyone who visited that public link guilty of exploitation......
