So, I got my Sprint Hero a few days back and I have been stumped on a few things so far related to Exchange integration.

1. How do I browse my company directory contacts? I know how to send an email to anyone, but I cant seem to view any of their other info....like phone number.

2. When someone cancels a meeting and sends an update I cant figure out how to remove it from my calendar? Anyone figure this out? I can accept them fine, but when it comes to delete....no dice.

3. I have noticed that in Syncing with my Exchange 2003 server I don't get my email in HTML format and the box is grayed out. Is there anyway to change this?

4. Lastly, sometimes I get reminders for calendar events that don't want to go away. I have to dismiss them several times before they do.


If anyone else is having these issues, please let me know...and better yet...if you know how to fix them, that would be great.
