I got my 4th replacement TP about a week ago & my device is freezing. what happens is after I hang up, it the device freezes for about 15 seconds. then it works fine & doesn't freeze in any other programs. just the normal lag. I have not done a hard reset yet because i have alot of apps loaded that I don't want to have to reload. any thoughts?
