you are getting that error message because there is a conflict with the different manila modifications you have installed.
the best thing to do is uninstall ALL the manila modifications you have installed in the reverse order that you had installed them.
in the event that you still get that error message, simply reinstall the same program ontop of itself. it will then detect an instance of the installation and ask if you want to remove it, select yes/ok and continue with the install process as you would normally would. once it has completed soft reset the phone. once you boot up everything should be back to normal.
