Just delete the shortcut from \Windows\Start Menu\Programs if it bothers you. Or build a new ROM using the kitchen without Resco.
It is a limitation with kitchen built ROMs that a lot of trialware does not give you a trial period. Nothing we can do about it...
And yeah, we don't allow warez here.
