The attached screenshot shows you what Endkey does. It allows you to put your phone in "airplane mode", toggle vibrate, end your data session, and lock your device.
I found the way to use it that is best for me is to (using the endkey settings), set it so that when i activate endkey, it automatically toggles the vibrate on or off.
Then i map endkey to one of my buttons, and viola...vibrate on\off switch!
