I bought my first one through ebay from a seller named bt_is_you, but the phone came directly from Sprint...weird. The TP2 had over 25 stuck pixels on it, so I returned it to him. Seller said he would issue a refund, but I never got it. I had to file a dispute on PayPal against the seller, who also canceled his eBay account, so PayPal withdrew the money from his PayPal account and gave it back to me since there was delivery confirmation on my return.

It took me way too long to get my money back to order a new TP2. I just got my new one today (from another eBay seller). Ridiculous.

I hope your situation works out. I would file a dispute with PayPal and say you never received it.
