yeah, I thought I had it all just about taken care of when I left the bank.. It's not a good feeling when your on the phone with someone and they tell you they just talked to someone else saying they are you! I'll give it to the fraud dept for going all in. I got a much better feel after that convo then I did when I talked to the cs supervisor.
