It has the belt clip, but considering I wear a belt everyday no biggie. I was worried about it falling off the belt so I just clip it on the belt and waist of my pants. Its super snug and have had no problems. I also use the tether strap to pull it out of the case so I make sure I don't drop my baby http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...ighlight=strap
