it's a hotfix from HTC for folks that have difficutlties with their GPS. Hope this works for you!

Would you believe I had it all locked up ready to hit the store... stepped outside and Google nailed 6 sats in under 3sec. So now I'm going straight back to 10/14 with the 1.03.03V radio. If that works I'll flash the 1.03.09V and see if it breaks.
