Okay, I've attached both the Weather Font Fix, as well as your original Weather Mode 9 with no mods. Try the fix (it should work famously) and if it doesn't work, or if the font needs to be even smaller, then uninstall the fix cab. I have attached your original Weather Mode 9 in cab form just in case there are any problems. Which there shouldn't be.
As for the other file, it is an XML file that should not be modded except by the most proficient programmers... of which I am not one. Yet.
So, check and see if you have "0685c809_manila" which I believe is the Calendar Mode 9 file.
