May want to check out Call Bouncer... Seems simple yet functional... No bells and whistles, just add phone numbers the the list to have them blocked...

Haven't tried it yet... Seems to be in Beta and the developer is activly supporting and taking suggestions for future improvements... <-- Nice to have with any application --
