You don't have to mention the memo at all because the moment they look up your file and see you have a tp, they will offer you a replacement or another TP. They have an order of phones to go through first. So the next replacement phone would be a HTC Snap, THEN a TP 2 after that you gotta switch your SERO for the BB Tour which would be after the TP 2. So you my friend are lucky, because the brand spankin new TP2 are all the way at the bottom which of course they have plenty in stock.

i actually had the wel list printed out in my car and from what ive gathered there is no order as to what device you get. just depends on WHO you get at the store. some reps interpret that there is an order, but in the memo and on the list there is no mention of "going down the list". the guy i talked to didn't really give me an option either, he just told me that he ordered the tp2. i was actually kinda ogling the hero, a friend has it and that phone really is worth the hype. i guess i'll have to "settle" for the tp2 lol
