I have the $30 Sero 500 plan. I just received this update:

Date Received: 09-30-2009
Status Detail: Your rebate is approved and is in the final stages of processing and should be mailed to you within the next 30 days. Thank you
I did use the referal rebate form. I think that is what it was called. Not the normal one from Sprint. My 30 days of activation was the 16th or 17th.
