This is actually the same problem I had that made me need to get mine fixed. Unless you have the total equipment plan if you are on Sprint, they do not replace the phone for free because of this problem. I took mine into a service center and they told me they could do nothing for me but lift up the digitizer and try to clean out the moisture. In fact the guy at the service center really effed up my phone...

I pay 5 bucks a month for insurance and this problem did not fall under the plan. So, as I said before, you can get a digitizer on ebay for like $15 and replace it yourself, there is an easy guide I can send you if you PM me to take the phone apart.

Thanks, I got the total protection ($7 a month). So I won't be trying to take it apart. Hopefully they don't F-up my phone. I had a diamond when I swapped out my mogul before they were giving touch pros and hated it. The vogue does just what I need .
