in the middle of the page i posted the RING AND VIBRATE FIX, it worked for me, lot of other ppl tried it out and they said it worked perfect too, so hopefully it will work for you...

That wasn't my point. The manufacturer or carrier hasn't addressed the issue. If that's not completely ignoring users, then I don't know what is.
