I don't know what other things Adv Config hoses up, I would guess anything connected to the radios is suspect since it changes things in the registry to GSM settings. If you start finding other things getting flaky it might be good to do a hard reset. I'd certainly delete Adv Config and never install it again unless they release a CDMA version.
