NEVER MIND PASSED RIGHT BY THE STICKY !

anyone know if there is a setting i may have missed or an edit available for the following 2 things ...... during a phone call when i take the phone away from my face it goes away from the dialer screen back to the home page .,.. its so annoying .... the other is most times when the phone is on a page lets say opera if i shut the phone off real quick n put it back on it too goes to the home page ... anyway so far i am pleased with the phone .. i just got it monday hadnt really played with it till past few days .. i had to hard reset once as when i went into calls history it would auto reload tf3d . otherwise its faster stock wise then the tp 1 by a mile & either i am not as fast typing with this one yet as a few keys are in different spots or ther is no lag in text lol
