okay here is a few things for you.....first try this...since you have onenote on your computer i am assuming u have other office programs like word, excel, ect. (flow with me the best you can because im doing this from xp, dont have my laptop with me) but from vista click start -> Control Pannel -> Add or Remove programs -> Scroll to microsoft office -> click change -> click add or remove features -> click next -> check the box that says outlook (and/or any others) -> Click update
from there you should have outlook now installed on your computer.......
if not try using the 60 free trail......i found one here....
