i've had this happen before. have the seller check the address and tell you where he shipped it to.
you can't file a dispute via paypal because they will just look at the tracking information and if it says that it was delivered, they automatically take the seller's side... won't even look twice.
i hate to say it, but i never got an answer to the question and i never seen the package. UPS said to contact the seller and the seller said to contact UPS and 'round and 'round i went.
