Their support used to be great though. They even sent me adapter for free on a slingbox classic that was 2+ years old about a year ago.

My Sling Pro has decided to give an error of "This Slingbox was not designed for region XXX". It does it for whatever country I choose. Because of this, it doesn't let you select a device.
I tried back flashing the firmware last weekend, but that didn't help. When I saw I could get the titanium hava for $100, I figured I'd give it a try.
