Set your Long Press End Key to disable connection. It's pretty fast and easy. Yeah it takes special action on your part, but it's simple.
That or cook No Data in so you have to enable and disable your connection.
If I'm not mistaken there is a way to set a timer for your connection to time out when in idle. I'm sure if you search it out you'll find it.
