I have a rep that is a friend of mine who bills phones to my account without using my upgrade. That way whenever something hot comes out I can get on it and take advantage of not having to pay out of pocket. I had mine billed to my account about a month ago. I called Account Services on *2 and they agreed to price match my pro 2 with Verizon. They said they couldn't label the credit as a price match so they called it a: "Free month of Service". I couldn't be happier. I must say that keep in mind that some reps don't know as much as others. After 8 years I have learned very well how to get what I want from them. Don't let someone tell you know (as so many have said).
