Messaging Client (v1.0.1918.3913.00)
Release Notes
MMS in Messaging Client may not work, I included the settings for multiple carriers
but some are incomplete as I can't find a setting that works

Code:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\VeriSign\PictureMail\ClientConfig]
"resolved_MCLCFG_PROXY_URI"="http://MyEmail@sprintpcs.com:pcs@68.28.31.1:80"
"MCLCFG_MOBILE_EMAIL_ADDR"="MyEmail@sprintpcs.com"
"MCLCFG_MOBILE_PHONE_NUMBER"="1234567890"
"MCLCFG_WEB_GUARD"=dword:00000000
"MCLCFG_PROXY_URI"="http://<NAI>:pcs@68.28.31.1:80"

or

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Arcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\mm1\MMSCSetting\SprintMMSC]
"PacketSize"=dword:000003E8
"NetworkFlag"=dword:00000001
"Configurable"=dword:00000001
"ISP"="SprintMMSC"
"Name"="SprintMMSC"
"Gateway"=""
"MmscURI"="http://mms.sprintpcs.com"
"GatewayPort"=dword:00000050
"WAP1SendDefaultSize"=dword:0007D000
"WAP2SendDefaultSize"=dword:0007D000
"WAP1RecvDefaultSize"=dword:0098967F
"WAP2RecvDefaultSize"=dword:0098967F
"ConnectionVia"="{436EF144-B4FB-4863-A041-8F905A62C572}"
"WAPType"=dword:00000001
Looks like the second one is for Arcsoft, although those basic settings are already set in HTC Messaging Client thanks to Calk. I wonder if the "http://MyEmail@sprintpcs.comcs@68.28.31.1:80" or the "http://<NAI>cs@68.28.31.1:80" would work in the box that Calk couldn't figure out? If I have time tonight, I will reflash the ROM I cooked with HTC Messaging Client to try it out, unless someone else beats me to it.

Like Calk was saying before, it looks like it has something to do with the missing setting in that first box, which I can't remember what it's called off the top of my head. I would like to figure it out just for the sake of having something different
