I was able to finally get my TP2 replaced with a NEW one. I contacted them 10/2 to report my keyboard backlight not working unless the screen is tilted up. I have been waiting all this time. They were actually good with email communication. I replied to have them call me to order a replacement. They did, however tried to still send me a refurb, while playing dumb to all the notes on my account...
Anyway it looks like its on the way.
