I have the Sprint Touch Pro and I dont know how big of a problem this is but if you put the phone faced down (screen touching the surface)and look to the left next to the lens and the flash there is a sliding door and under that is a ribbon that connect the screen the kb. I was at work (work at a bank) and I droped my phone on the marble floor and it opened up and not to much damage the chrome but after I droped it I went to slide the kb open to to txt and something poked me in the finger so I looked and it was a spring. Goot some scissor and I cut it off and now the door doesnt close and the ribbon is expose. should I take it to the store to see if they can fix, its only a block away... Thxs Ppls
