Well that is exactly what they are giving people for TP1. If you look on the list Tier 4 phones are refurbed TP2. This is what they offered me but I didn't realize at the time until I had a nightmare experience with retentions after I left the store on Sunday. I have actually cancelled my Sprint because I could not believe the level of service that they are providing. They offered me a replacement on Friday and by Sunday I was like I don't even want the TP2 because of the simple fact the TP1 was so bad. I told them in the SRC that I would SETTLE for a Samsung Intrepid...btw nice phone.....they said no it was not on their list. Well to me the other phones are unacceptable to even consider taking as a switch for a TP1. I was also a little offended but I was like well I will settle for the TP2 then but I need my phone immediately because I have been without data for a week. After reading this post I knew for sure you can get one sent to you. He called CS to see can they get one to me of course no luck. They told him to call retentions so in turn he told me to call retentions and if I needed him to call him and he will assist me. Take in mind its after six so the Store is closed. I call retentions and it was a nightmare. I was on the phone with them for 35 min and only spoke with someone for maybe 10 of those minutes. I was transferred 4 times then finally management gets on the phone asking me what is the problem. WTF I snapped by then. You should have read the notes because I forgot to tell everybody that the CSR typed notes on my account specifically telling them if there is a TP2 please get it to her ASAP. Anyway I told her I have been on hold long enough for her to know the problem. I eventually told her about my CSR and she goes well lets call him.....by now Im like I quit Sprint because this is re-diculous! We call the CSR and we are on a conference call! He states that there is no REFURB TP2 available at this time because they are on backorder and I will still have to wait. They ordered me a TP1 refurb on Friday pissed about that just till my TP2 got here. I told them Verizon would have never pulled not s%%t like this and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will cancel my contract. I picked my refurb up on Monday went home got my old 6800 from VZW and went and started my service back with them. Samsung Omni II here I come! I was NEVER treated like this at Verizon and it is true YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!
