Re: how to get the zoom bar to work?

All in all, the TP2 is a superior device, and far more reliable. The lack of buttons, even the few extra the TP1 had, can be hard to get used to, but it is worth it. I jumped from the Mogul, after the first few weeks of watching the TP1 forum revealed a lot of issues and oddities. But I think this one is a winner, though not how I would design a device. I would mix all the best features of the Mogul AND the TP2, big screen and memory, buttons galore, etc. But I decided to adapt to the new way after watching the TP2 forum for only a week, as I was in the middle of Mogul troubles (again). I look forward to 6.5, but I'm sure we'll need a lot of hacks for that too.

One thing I'm going to look for before switching is that they haven't somehow made certain important hacks impossible, ones they don't want us having, like In-Call Recording, wifi-sharing, Forced Roaming, etc.
