they must have some in stock as mine was ordered by email as stated above and i now have a tracking number and will be here tomorrow.
i do think there are a diff inventory for new customers and ones avail for replacement be it refub or NIB.
which i can understand as you wouldn't want to run out of stock for new customers to risk losing a sale. but for existing cust who just need a replacement have a diff inventory.
