I uninstalled Garmin (because I finally got Igo8 to work!) and now a few weird things are happening:

1) If I hit the call button, I get the old 6.1 dialer (not the touch flo dialer
2) Under the people tab of the main UI, if I click the call button, no action is taken. This happens for everyone that is listed there.
3) From there, if I click all contacts, and then click a contact name and then click "Call Mobile" no action is taken again!

What's going on? Anyone figure this out? Or is it time for my first hard-reset already?

EDIT: I also un-installed PocketShield recently, which was the cause of my issues. Big thanks to tool2269. See his post for further information.
