Sprite Backup - Delete Old Unwanted Backup Files Cleanly?

I'm new to Windows Mobile, and have Sprite Backup working well on my Verizon Touch Pro 2. I make backups before installing significant applications, just in case. Haven't had to use them yet, but hopefully they'll do the job if need be.

Anyway, I have multiple older backups that I no longer need. Using File Explorer, I can see these files, and can easily delete them, but I also see multiple entries and files in the Program Files folders.

I haven't found any way to delete old unwanted backup files from within Sprite Backup, either on PC or on the device, which I thought would be present, and would allow it to delete the backups themselves as well as other files and references to those backups.

So - what's the cleanest way of deleting those old unwanted backup files? Just delete the .exe files and forget the rest, or what?

Thanks!
