Re: Sprint now replacing Touch Pro w/ Touch Pro 2!
I got mine replaced and supposedly ordered today after a long drawn out fight with the store and retentions. I eventually emailed ecare yesterday afternoon and got a call first thing this morning.
Was told to call back with a claim validation number to 866-954-0492 and after 2 calls back and forth agrees to avoid going to the store as its an inconvience to me and just renewed my contract for 2 years (1 year through after renewed last year for TP) in exchange to get a TP2 for no cost.
I don't know if they are sending a return kit for my TP or not though.
I'm not down for the contract renewal but I have been with Sprint for 9 years with 4 lines and wasn't going anywhere anyway.
