I have been looking unsuccessfully within the forum and online for a 3.5mm 4-pole plug that works with the TP2. I'd prefer a 'passthrough' cable where I can use my own pre-existing set of headphones rather than a complete set. I'm looking for -
- Ability to plug in standard 3.5mm set of stereo headphones
- Buttons: Mute, Talk (+VoiceRecognition?), End
- Volume Control Slider/Dial
I know the newer BlackBerry 3.5 Headset works perfectly with my VZW TP2 - but not the most comfortable. Hence why those of us who have spent upwards of hundreds of dollars on a great set of headphones would want to be able to carry around and use just one set of headphones for all. After all, that's the whole concept behind a converged device right? So I'd prefer the passthrough with the male 3.5 4-pole plug with a female 3.5 plug on the opposing end I can plug in my regular headphones, with the features in the list above. Anyone know where I can find this?
