Of course. Within TF3D slide over to Setting and tap Wallpaper and then select the picture you want. Or if you want to keep the panoramic thing going go
here and scroll down to post #2 there are a bunch...worked for me.
If there is no cab file only a bunch of Manila files, just turn off TF3D and unzip the files to /Windows and then re-enable TF3D.
