I already have a combination of that
CMYLXGOs.Sprint.Touch.Pro.2.Blue.Theme.cab then installed the
CMYLXGOs.Pimp.Pkg.TP2.Blue.Manila.2.5.Slider.cab to get those sliders. Sorry I wasn't clear, hard to find an example, but I want to change the highlighted "gray" in TF3D's Home Tab, Internet, Settings, etc to blue something similar to the blue in the dialer highlighted areas.
As far as the HTC Black.tsk, well I saw a thread at XDA that someone changed the green on it to blue, but the link was dead

I'm going to keep looking for a way to do this if possible, but I am not really good and customizing these areas myself.
