It should be checked but within TF3D go to the Mail icon, touch
Menu at the bottom right, touch
Accounts>,
Accounts...Menu in the bottom right again, and then touch
Options. Make sure
Display account picker when opening Messaging is checked, and that should kill the random opening of mail.
Define "Visual glitches".
