FYI, the DPI look to be from 21864. DSM's have been "edited" to read 21869 for the DPI so don't worry about them.

The Common appears to be legit. Oct 8th, 2009.

The only differences in the XIP between 21864 and 21869 appear to lang related, nothing else so my guess is the XIP is just a nice little DSM edit too .
