It does, but the problem you describe is normal.
You can get rid of it with a reg edit that I found (was directed to) on XDA... found it
here.
1) Make sure you're using Showcase 1.1.0...this reg key doesn't affect older versions.
2) Open a reg editor...find and edit the key HKCU\Software\e-Natives Technology\Showcase\SUITE_PositionFix_Winclasses
3) Remove "Manila," from the beginning of the value of that key
4) Soft reset your phone
