Yes the thread you linked is an excellent starting point. Also if you follow the steps provided through out this thread you should be up and runnin' in no time. If you run into problems with anything post it here and we can help. If you need help with the MMS/WAP let me know. Also for push email to work on cricket there are alot diferent tricks that will all give the same result.
