You know, Ive been to my repair center for numerous issues, Im on my 3rd TP, well I go there and tell them look, Im having intermittent issues with keyboard, random calls lock my ringer to on till I reboot, I get battery random overheating in my pocket, all honest and annoying issues, the worst being calls going straight to voicemail. They do a reflash (which I obviously have done) and hand back my phone. They said the phone did not have issues while they were troubleshooting it and they cant do anything to help me. I call tier 2 support they put a note on my account and say go to the repair center I shouldnt have any problems. I call them and say even with a note on your account your phone has to have problems while they are troubleshooting it.........so back to step 1. My mogul was awesome, TP not so much. My repair center is starting to really annoy me too, especially when they troubleshoot my phone with a reflash everytime. I know how to do that tyvm.
