Another thing which makes no sense is why isn't sprint nav included like it is with the instinct and the pre?? I got unlimited data so what's the problem??

The first guy I talked to when I bought the phone wasn't sure if it was free or you had to pay the $10 or not. Said to try it out and see if there was a charge for it on my bill.

But the guy I talked to today said that you had to pay for it on the hero.
