I've been using BibleReader for a number of years and haven't seen the need to switch to another. It's not exactly finger-friendly, but I don't mind using the stylus. Their built-in toolbars are very useful and efficient; I prefer them, rather than having to navigate through cascading soft menus.
Though they sell various translations, a number of them are free, in addition to various devotionals, study references, etc.
Their web site's navigation leaves a bit to be desired, so here's a link that takes you to the download of their PocketPC version.
