If you are using a diamond, this will easily be an upgrade. From a TP, it's hard to say. I came from a mogul, and I'm still getting used to the lack of a physical keyboard. So, if you need the physical keyboard (the spelling suggestions on the hero are fantastic, and I rarely make typos...), you may want to wait for the Samsung Moment. Android is awesome, and in many ways, better than WM. I was very familiar with WM, so finding things in Android has been a challenge. Also, getting used to a capacitive screen took a few days. When you are used to pinpoint precision, you need to adjust to a screen that only accepts finger input. But now, I don't think I could ever use a phone with a resistive screen again. And the screen resolution is not an issue for me. Granted, I upgraded from a QVGA to a HVGA device, but with the pinch to zoom feature in photos and the browser, it makes reading anything very easy.

For me to switch back to WM after using Android for the weekend, MS better come back with something ground breaking. I know it's early in my Android usage, but so far, I'm sold.
