Total hours spent trying to get my issue resolved
1st day -8hrs
2nd day- 4hrs
3rd day (which is the recorded convo)-about 50 minutes
The file is about 280MB
On the 3rd day The rep goes as far as saying we dont want to many people knowing about this.
