I know I've heard quite a few people get theirs at Radio Shack, or mom n' pop stores, some even with the rebate already included. I just wish I knew of a place in NJ 'cause I'd be there right now buying it. :P

well I'll be more specific, the best buy in Daytona Beach said they canceled their order and will never have it. The changed their focus (here) on the hero and had it last Friday. Other than that I wish you luck. I love the phone but it is not for everyone maily becouse of the price but others dont like the back etc... Again good luck
