i went through 5 tp1's in 6 months. all for the same thing. the keyboard going out. i spent a few hours on the phone with sprint last month and finally talked to a manager in retentions and she took care of me and offered me any phone in their lineup (except the palm pre) as a replacement. i of coarse chose the tp2. no cussing, no need to be an ***, just plain persistence and representation of my pure dissatisfaction with the situation is all it took. the tp2 is the best phone i've ever had. i love it.
