I upgraded to a TP2, meaning I paid for it and I am now on my 2nd TP2. The new one seems to be working very well though the first one had a few issues. Like a poping speaker and sometimes in album viewer the phone would lock up. Also when setting caller id pics the phone would lock up sometimes.
My point is I am betting a lot of you so called problemattic customers dont have real issues. More like you need to do some reading and learn how to use your devices properly. Dont load a cab you dont know works or not and dont try to have 100 things open at once. Its a phone first and a computer second. However, it is a windows devise so I am not doubting some have, some real issues. Just a lot of you ball babies on here cry over spilt milk that you spilt yourself.

And just as an fyi, sprint is recalling the touch pro1 because it has 2 times as many problems and is exchanged out more than double any phone in sprints history. i know of many many situations where the touch pro has screwed over many many customers costing them jobs, thus costing money. The phone is junk, mine sat on my coffee table for 6 months cause the phone blows. and why wouldnt you get a touch pro 2 for free if sprint if offering it.
