I just looked again and noticed another dialer link under "Cabs from ID1 firmware"
This second dialer link works. So when I flash I will let you know if it works.
To be honest, the changed graphics in the dialer is what was keeping me from flashing my phone to a newer build.
Maybe I should try the i8000 black dialer cab that is floating around as well.
