So I call Sprint rep and they Transfer me to ACS. I explain all details and they going to send me a Brand New Touch Pro 2 for free. Who ever lives in NYC. Keep a eye out from these 3rd Party Sprint stores...

Yeah b you gotta be careful. Imma try goin to the store on Fordham tomorrow maybe I can get them to swap mine. The keyboard is dead on it and I've swapped it at that store so much they practically know me.
