Just copy the cab file to your device or storage card. Click on it and it should install to your device in the correct folder(s) automatically.

HDWall can do some funny things to images, ie stretch them out or add black/blank borders. I found it's best to create oversized images and HDWall will compress them to the right dimensions. If possible, for portrait I use 550x800 images and for landscape 1020x480.
